Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in iGaming and casual games, and incorporate them into our product roadmap.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the iGaming industry, including player protection, fair gaming practices, and data security.
Collaborate with other C-level executives to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive company growth.
Manage the technology budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in the iGaming or gaming industry, particularly with casual games.
Deep knowledge of Java programming and experience with game development technologies, including mobile and web platforms.
Experience managing outsourced development teams or partnerships, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Requirement
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of data analytics and user engagement metrics in gaming.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Understanding of cybersecurity measures relevant to online gaming.
