Responsibilities
• Oversee the delivery of blockchain projects (e.g., Layer 1/2, smart contracts, DApps, tokenomics) ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.• Act as the main point of contact with clients in Web3, DeFi, and Crypto sectors, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.• Lead and grow a cross-functional team including PMs, blockchain developers, QA, andDevOps.• Drive process optimization, including CI/CD, smart contract testing, and security audits.• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of IT project delivery experience, with at least 1–2 years managing blockchain related projects.• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: smart contracts, Layer 1 vs Layer 2, consensus mechanisms, tokenomics.• Experience delivering Web3/Crypto solutions or decentralized applications.• Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).• Excellent client communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Experience with blockchain tools (e.g., Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle) and familiarity with ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, or others
