About the Job
- We are looking for a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development projects from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and timeline commitments, and working directly with international clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of SDLC, risk management, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities
- Define and document the project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Manage and coordinate the project resources, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Communicate and report the project status, progress, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct regular project meetings and reviews with project teams and stakeholders
- Implement and enforce quality standards and best practices for project management
- Identify and resolve any project issues, conflicts, or challenges
- Evaluate and measure the project performance and outcomes
- Ensure the project closure and handover of deliverables to the relevant parties
- Conduct lessons learned and post-project reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects (including fixed-price model)
- Strong communication in English (able to work with onshore/client directly)
- Proficiency in at least one project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, risk management, and project metrics (EVM, quality tracking)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in data projects or a software engineering background is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility

Benefits
Salary range: Up to 65 million VND gross/month💬 Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
